3 bedroom flat with balcony and pool in Valencia, Spain. The spacious balcony is perfect for watching the sunset. Bus to down town in 15 minutes. Tram to the beach in 25 minutes. Metro to the airport in 45. All with accessible, step-free access.
There is a ramp to the pool area, but no ramps or lifts into the pool. The public beach has adaptive chairs to go into the sea and a reserved platform for wheelchair users.
Valencia is a beautiful city and very accessible. The neighborhood of Benimaclet is much less crowded than the touristy downtown with plenty of good restaurants and bars.

One bedroom has a bed at a good height for transferring. This is the primary bedroom we use, but it could be a little tight depending on mobility needs. The 2nd bedroom's bed is a little lower but the room is more spacious.
