Situated by a river in the beautiful Scottish countryside, our detached home is a mix of old and new. The front part of the house was built in the 1830s with the back being extended 5 years ago to make it fully accessible downstairs. We’re a 10 minute drive to the nearest town and 20 minutes from Perth. There’s a downstairs bedroom with adjoining wet room and an open plan kitchen / dining / garden room area with 3 sets of bi-fold doors giving views and easy access to the garden. There are 3 bedrooms and a snug upstairs with a family bathroom and ensuite to the master bedroom.
We love living here as a family with our 3 cats as well as enjoying seeing new places in different parts of the world.
