Our home is warm and welcoming with lots of life shared around the dining table. We sit together for meals, games, crafts and to enjoy the views out to the garden, We have comfortable front room with a large TV perfect for films and gaming (Wii and PS4). There's level access out onto the decking and a ramp up to the lawn. In the garden is a trampoline, and garden room, BBQ and lots of space. The town centre is a 10-15 minute walk on a path through a meadow alongside a river with footbridges - all accessible for wheelchairs.

Witney is a wonderful market town with lots of independent shops and cafes, a museum, blanket hall and splash park. Market twice a week a fantastic library, cinema and lovely country walks. Easy access to the Cotswolds and the cotswold wildlife park is 15 minutes away. Regular buses to the beautiful city of Oxford with its colleges, parks, museums, theatres and shopping. Blenheim palace is close by and a great day out too.
