Beautiful 4 bedroom bungalow in a quiet village just over a mile from Oxford (5 miles to city centre). Peaceful, cosy and spacious with a garden surrounding the whole house and an inviting patio in the summer months with a chiminea that catches the sun late into the evening. Regular buses throughout the day connect you with Oxford city centre and the bohemian Cowley Road for funky restaurants and bars. Lovely walks are possible all around the area, and there are many excellent country pubs nearby. There are 2 beehives in the back garden you may enjoy observing (don't worry, they don't disturb you or come indoors!).

In the area

The house is ideally located to enjoy both the countryside and city. We have 2 bikes you are free to use and the bus stop is right outside the house. It is close to supermarkets, a cinema, the famous Cowley Road entertainment area packed with restaurants and bars as well as great walks and country pubs.
