Our bungalow is newly renovated and extended to the new building regs with the exception of one bedroom and one bathroom. It is in a very quiet cul-de-sac, it is extremely tranquil and we live on a corner plot which is large. Our views are unobstructed to the Leckhampton hills and we are not overlooked. The bungalow has a lot of light and feels open and welcoming. Our home is just off a road that has access to a regular bus route, a shop and a pub a five minute walk away. The garden has an astroturf all weather area and footie goal. We have a wooden swing set, slide and seesaw and patio seating area. The garden is southeast facing so a lot of sun and we have a lovely seat at one end that catches the sun all day and has beautiful views of the hills where you can watch paragliders by day and the moon and stars by night under a blanket. Fully wheelchair accessible family home, we are a tetraplegic and autistic household, so it is a well cared for space that is comfortable, safe and secure. In the third bedroom, there is an electric rise and massage super king bed but the room is not wheelchair accessible. The bathroom has a small threshold bar on the entrance and the door is standard UK size so not enough room to turn around with ease, so we say it's not accessible. Bristol & Birmingham Airport is around a 1 hour drive.
