Our house is a very comfortable and spacious home in a friendly neighbourhood right beside the wonderful Phoenix Park in Dublin City. It is close to a very cool area (Stoneybatter) with cafes and restaurants shops and an art house cinema but is also walking distance or a short easy and accessible bus ride into the city centre. It’s the perfect place to explore Dublin. Our home has a lovely fully w/c accessible, peaceful garden with a nice patio area and sliding doors that open the back of the house fully on a nice day. we often eat our meals in the garden in summer.
We have a stove so you can light a fire on a chilly evening. The house is fully accessible except for the double room en-suite on the third floor. We have a through-floor lift, two fully accessible bathrooms with roll in shower and grab rails on the loo. We have a bath with a hoist and one single electric bed with a ceiling Grab rail. There are also adaptations in the kitchen like a low level oven and sink. You could have a fantastic holiday here exploring galleries and museums or visiting the attractions in the Phoenix Park like the zoo or the wild herd of deer. We can recommend lots of accessible activities. Our local leisure centre (5 mins) also has a pool with a new hoist.
