A 1 bedroom flat in Stockholm, Sweden

A homey little flat. It has a biggish balcony with an outdoor sofa, for those who prefer to combine morning coffee (or evening wine) with fresh air.

The bed is adjustable, 120 cm wide, which means that it's good for a couple who don't mind intimacy. For just one person, the bed is comfortably big. There's a grab bar on the wall next to the bed.

In the main room there's a 3-4 person couch. As the couch doesn't have any fixed, hard armrests, it's comfortable to sleep on, even for a tall person. There's a digital piano, for your music pleasure. There's also a desk for working.

The kitchen has everything you need, with roll-in space under the sink and working surface. Two of the cupboards are motorized, and can be lowered to make it easy to reach from a sitting position.

The bathroom has a roll-in shower. However, there's no shower seat. The toilet is elevated and has grab bars.

The clothes rack in the hall can be lowered with a motor. Two still rings hang from the ceiling, if you want to exercise your arms.

The flat is on the 4th floor. Naturally, there's a lift. It's very big, so you can easily bring a horse to the flat. But please don't.
